The post-natal period is full of changes and surprises - some which are just amazing and wonderful- like finding out how much love you are truly capable of - and others are just plain unpleasant - like sleeplessness despite being ridiculously tired and sleep deprived. The BirthSkills post-natal care pack is designed to help you get the most out of the positive aspects of motherhood and manage and eventually eliminate the less positive aspects. The pack and a follow-up session is included in most of the full program options but is also available to women who have not participated in the ante-natal BirthSkills programs. Post-Natal Counselling or Therapy Shari specialises in psychology for pregnancy and parenting, particularly in the areas of antenatal depression, postnatal depression and parenting stress or anxiety. The
