All personal details and information provided by you on this website and to BirthSkills and Dr Shari Read will be held in the strictest confidence at all times. We do not share information, email addresses or other personal details with any party other than for the purposes of fulfilling the order you place with us (or one that is placed on your behalf). BirthSkills may, from time to time, send email updates regarding new products that we feel may be of interest to you, a service that you are free to unsubscribe from at any time you choose.
BirthSkills protects your privacy. It is important to us that you feel confident that we will protect your personal information.
BirthSkills will always protect your privacy and will not give out your personal information to any third parties, except where those third parties require that personal information in order for us to process any orders you have made (eg, Paypal may require personal information from you in order to process your payment for orders).
Your credit card payments are processed securely and directly via the Paypal payment gateway. Our site utilises search engine advert campaign tracking technlogy to anonomously track the origin of a sale. BIrthSkills does require some personal information from you to process your orders. Information including your name, delivery address, contact phone numbers, email address, credit card details, etc are essential for the processing of your order.
POSTAGE POLICY
What are the shipping/postage fees? Postage within Australia: We use Australia Post for all orders. Costs are based on the combined weight of the items you have purchased.
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of your item(s) . In many cases delivery is much quicker (2-3 business days). Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you that delivery was attempted. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please email us and we can follow this up for you or check with your local post office as your parcel may have arrived. What should I do if the products I receive are damaged? Any faulty or damaged stock if returned within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. What should I do if products I ordered are missing? Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of BirthSkills will be replaced at no additional charge. If I want a refund will I get my money back? All other products ordered incorrectly by the customer, can be refunded if informed (by email) within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage costs will be incurred by the customer. The total cost of returned items is then credited back onto your account (bank account or Paypal account), this amount does not include costs of returning the items to BirthSkills.
